Where can I check my order status?

All order status can be checked in your account tab.


Can I request to change the shipping address?

If the order has been shipped out, we are unable to amend the shipping address anymore. If the order has not been shipped out, we can assist to make the changes. Pls contact us at with your order number. 


I have selected the wrong option, can I cancel my order and place a new one?

Yes, order can be cancelled if it has not been processed. Pls contact us at with your order number. 



How much is the shipping fee?

FREE delivery for purchases above $80 in one single order and to one location. (Within Singapore only). For purchases below S$80, a flat fee of S$4.50 delivery fee applies.


How long does it take to receive my order?

We will try our best to ship out the order within the next working day upon order received. All deliveries are done by 3rd party logistics and it will normally take 2 to 3 working days for order to reach you. Slight delays might be expected during mega online events such as 11.11 and 12.12.


What forms of payment do you accept?

The mode of payment for online purchases is strictly via Stripe. The product will be sent out only after full payment has been received.


Can I track my order?

Yes, tracking number will be provided via an automated email for you to track the delivery status after the parcel has been dispatched.
